Spare Parts — Availability & Pricing Disclaimer: Spare parts cost and availability are solely and entirely dependent on the specific product and its OEM principal / manufacturer. Mindware will make every reasonable effort to source genuine spare parts from official channels. However, if the OEM principal fails to provide spare parts for any reason whatsoever — including but not limited to product discontinuation, supply chain disruption, stock unavailability, or OEM business decisions — it is explicitly NOT the responsibility of Mindware to provide those spare parts. Mindware shall bear no liability for delays, downtime, or inability to repair caused by non-availability of parts from the principal/OEM.

Printhead & Power Adapter Coverage: Printhead and Power Adapter damage or replacement is covered ONLY under Comprehensive AMC — Variant B. Under Plan C (Non-Comprehensive) and Comprehensive Variant A, printhead and adapter costs will be charged separately at actual market price, irrespective of the cause or nature of failure. This clause applies to all printer brands and models.

Online Support Hours — India & Global: AnyDesk and Video Support (Plans A & B) are available strictly during Indian Standard Time (IST) business hours on working days only. No support is provided on Indian national public holidays, Sundays, or outside agreed IST business hours. Global clients (Plan B) receive service through pre-scheduled sessions in IST — support timing is not adjusted for client timezone.

General AMC Terms: AMC is valid for 12 months from contract start date. Pricing is subject to revision at annual renewal. On-site visits are subject to engineer availability and geographic feasibility. AMC does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, water damage, or tampering. Mindware reserves the right to modify AMC terms with 30 days’ written notice. All disputes subject to Delhi (India) jurisdiction exclusively.
